About Our Fees
All allied health service providers are independent and as such they determine their own fees.
We are not responsible for third party billings (e.g. pathology, radiology and specialists). You should discuss with the providers their fee policy.
WorkCover charges may be covered by your employers WorkCover insurance company, however, this is not guaranteed and depends on whether your claim will be accepted. You may become liable for your accounts if WorkCover does not accept your claim. At the end of the day, you are responsible for paying your account.

Transfer of Records
An administration fee of $40 applies when patients request comprehensive medical records to be transferred to another Medical Practice. This fee is also applicable if patients want a copy of their medical records.
Home Visits
Home visits are offered by our doctors to regular patients of our practice (within Rockhampton- 5km of the practice). We do not bulk-bill home visits. For fees on home visits please call our practice.
After-hours Care (Outside of our normal opening hours)
If you need to see a doctor after hours we recommend presenting to the Rockhampton Hospital Emergency Department. If the matter is life-threatening call 000. Queensland Health also offer a phone advice service at 13HEALTH (13 43 25 84).
Should you wish to see a doctor from North Rockhampton Medical Centre outside of our normal opening hours please call our Duty Doctor on 0487 724 811.
Attendance by one of our doctors will only be considered for urgent, but not life-threatening matters, and is at the discretion of the on-call doctor. We will not attend for routine matters that can wait until regular opening hours.
The fees applied for after hours care are $200.00 cash before 11pm and $400.00 cash after 11pm and is payable at the time of the consultation.We have no mobile eftpos facilities. No medicare rebate available.
If you are in doubt regarding any fees and out of pocket expenses our Reception staff can assist you.
Financial Hardship
If you are in financial hardship please speak with your doctor or the Practice Manager for suitable repayment arrangements. No patient will be refused medical care due to financial hardship.
